Happy Holidays potential buyers!

I recently moved and am now living in the city, so I have very few opportunities to use this lens anymore. I used to have the Tamron 200-500mm, and this fella blew that one out of the water. I found the lens surprisingly sharp, so much so that I will sometimes grab it instead of my Nikon 300/2.8 if I am in need of the extra versatility.

The lens and body are in near perfect condition. As seen in picture #2, the hood has a few scuff marks. I can spot, at most, 3 small dust bunnies on the glass, none of which affect the IQ. I am very meticulous when it comes to keeping my gear as clean as possible.

Includes the tripod collar and front and rear lens caps.

A new OS version sells for $1070. I'm looking to get $850 including shipping and fees via either Paypal or Google Checkout.

Feel free to PM me with any questions and Merry Christmas!

*I'll be posting some miscellaneous gear shortly: Kirk BL-D3, Nikon EN-EL4A batteries, MH-22 charger, Manfrotto 460MG head, Lexar 16GB CF cards, etc.

This is a great lens if you want long reach on a budget, I love mine. I too had a Tamron 200-500 and got rid of it because it was way too soft at the long end. This lens blows that one away.
