    Nice of you to try here first, but if you don't get any reply's here try Fred Miranda. There are quite a few excellent wedding photographers over there.

    I've shot in Virginia before, but the travel costs might put you over budget! (I'm in Southern California, but I do travel around the country for weddings...)

    Agreed. I can get to Virgina, but it's my rates + travel.
