Here are a couple of photos of some Seagulls. I would like to have some feedback and hear what you think about these. Good as well as bad feedback is much appreciated!
Miles, I think that first shot is so interesting because it is from an angle you don't see that often--looking down on the bird as it is in flight, and you had light on its face. Of course, in both #1 and #3 it would be nice if you could have gotten the whole bird in the image, but I do know how hard that is! I think the second one has nice detail in the feathers and you did a better job than I often do in exposing both the blacks and whites well. I wish the light had shown on the bird's face in that second shot, because when you have a nice detailed eye, it sure makes a difference. Where were you standing to get that first shot? It's cool!
