quick help needed please

2 things ive just found

1 i have no share options allowed or external links and right click protected yet if the i for info tab is right clicked in the little menu in the top right of the big picture another menu opens allowing anyone to just download the pictures ? at the moment i dont no what the reason for this is and all my albums are currently exposed to copyright theft.

i have no printing selected and someone has just been able to by 2 downloads from a album that is full of low res unedited pictures, when i look in the album i can see no buy option either in owners view or client view. think im going mad right now ?

im loged out of my account and viewing my album and theres no buy tab, at the same time im on the phone to a client who is viewing same album and can see a buy option tab ?

please can someone help me on this
