Hi Folks,
new Smugmug user here, Im just looking around to get a feel of things before I commit myself to signing up.
Im presuming as im a trial user that other than the top 3 subjects in the list below im blocked from reading the other forums? If so I do understand but thats a bit of a shame as Id like to find out a lot more before i set up a subscription

ok Denise, thanks. Been finding my feet and reading a few of the threads as well as setting up my website. Just uploading a second batch of pics now so thought Id pop back here.

OK cheers, whats the quickest way to upload here? At the mo I'm just using the standard "Browse to select Files"?

Hopefully someone else will jump in with that answer because I don't use the uploaders provided by SmugMug. If you want to experiment click "Try a different uploader" from the uploader you are currently using.

I use Star*Explorer instead (and that is not a free uploader). You can find it at http://www.starexplorer.com/, and there is a free 30-day trial available if you decide to try it.

If you use Lightroom, nothing is faster than just uploading your photos directly from your catalog. You can find more information on the Lightroom plugin at http://help.smugmug.com/customer/portal/articles/93281-how-do-i-upload-from-lightroom-

Great! You will LOVE that Lightroom plug in. You can manage all your photos, categories, galleries, etc right through Lightroom. You can even edit a photo in Lightroom and the photo will replace the old version once you hit Publish.

You can use a coupon to eliminate the price for the customer on a digital download. Check out these pages for more information.
