Can a package do this?

I am stumped if this can be done in a Smugmug package. I have a feeling I need to order the prints myself to fit the package.
Lets say there are 30 photos. Package has a set price.
5 photos are special and have their own price list for individual prints
25 photos have their own price list for individual prints
I offer the customer the following:
All 5 special photos at 8x10
Pick any 2 photos at 8x10
Pick any 10 at 5x7
All photos at 4x6
Also if I build a package but sometimes there may be more or less than 30 photos and more or less than 5 of the special photos. Wondering if I need to build a package for each client?

Packages are pretty cut and dry. You decide what is included in each package, and the customer orders that specific package. You do not create a custom package price after the customer orders.
If you're looking to give your customers a deal based on the amount they order, just create coupons. You can give them a percent or dollar off coupon, based on the total amount of their order. 10% off orders over $150, or something like that.
