Removing Products for sale

During this event I only chose prints and NO DOWNLOADS or other products for that matter but downloads appear as a choise for purchase.

How can I quickly limit what my clients can buy?

    This is a relief but MAN Can this be a coincidence?

    Client has picked images and I can see them in their favorite's gallery.

    This is what they send me 2 hours ago:

    "Oh Thanks
    That is wonderful. I really appreciate what you are doing for us.
    For the 5x7 pic I would like mlyn8756.
    I just saw that you have the option to purchase the downloads. How much would be for all her pics?
    Thanks"

    how can she see this or where could she seeing this?

    Hmm, good question. I'm not seeing downloads offered anywhere on that gallery while logged out. Perhaps they are seeing it on a different gallery on your site, or maybe in your Services gallery. I can say for sure that downloads are not offered in the gallery that you have in post #1.
