Just returned from a few days with my family in Puerto Rico. We stayed in Old San Juan which is a fantastic place with lots of photographic potential.

1. The narrow, cobblestone streets are lined with interesting buildings painted different pastel shades.

2. Cats are abundant.

3. Beautiful El Morro Fortress and surrounding cemetery.

I've only ever spent a couple of hours in PR. It's a beautiful place that begs more time for exploration.

I was pleasantly surprised about PR. We stayed in Old San Juan which was very nice. We did venture out to the rainforest, visited caves, and also saw the largest radio telescope in the world at Arecibo. Lots to see and do.

Nice images. El Morro...been there done that years ago...our driver...we were on a tour...had bananas for us. It's a very impressive place...and for sure a lot of man hours went into the construction of the fort. Your pictures bring back memories.

    Thanks for sharing...
