Wacom Driver Issues

I have a graphire 4 which for some reason was acting up on my windows 7 workstation (when pressing down it would hold in place and do that circle and bring up brush sizes even though I was moving it around). I thought that the best thing to do would be to uninstall/reinstall the drivers, but when I do this most of the versions say they don't detect a supported tablet. The oldest drivers don't pop up that error but when I go in and set it up the computer ignores those settings and I'm guessing goes with some windows driver.

The main issue seems to be to get the driver to recognize the tablet since I just went to my laptop and it's working fine under the latest driver (5.2.5). Any ideas?
