I am using Photoshop CS5 and I was wanting to tilt the image. I would appreciate so much if anyone can tell me what to click on using the crop tool to enable me to do this.
Thanks a lot
Bob

    Bob, after you hit "C" to bring up the crop tool, click and drag the mouse on your image in the desired crop dimensions. Now click and hold on the image outside the cropped area, and as you move the mouse pointer from right to left, the crop box will rotate up or down about its central axis. This will let you tilt the image captured within the crop box.

    Once again Pathfinder I am totally indebted to you.

    while in crop mode
    look at top of page
    click next to view;
    select grid , so you can see how level you are

    Rather than do it in the crop mode, I'd "select all" and then transform>rotate
    and drag the uncropped image to the desired tilt. Then, crop.

    Assuming you have similar tools as a much older version of PS (that I use)

    When I have a specific feature in the image that I want to align to, I use the measure tool, with info box on screen. As you align the 'trailing string' between start and finish points on the feature to be used as a reference / datum, the angle will be displayed in the info box.
    This figure / angle can then be used.
