Gallery loads partially on some machines

I am having a problem where a Gallery loads only partially- but only on some machines. We are using the same browser (IE) but different machines. Also, on the machine that loads partially, the password field does not show any characters (or asterisks) when typing in the password, although the password works. Stumped and need your Smuglike assistance.
