Since Jon has not yet updated this thread, let me share a quick update on my side. I purchased and did receive one of his 50's. It was a 50mm f/1.4 AF-D. The glass seemed clean (no scratches or anything) and the shipment was quick. Cosmetically though, it did not seem so great and appeared to be well used with a fair amount of dust inside, which thankfully, does not seem to affect my picture quality in the shots I have taken so far. It was also missing both front and rear caps, and obviously no box or anything. That being said, given the lower price he had set, I am happy with my purchase overall, and, as such, I think his other 50mm lens should also be a great buy if still available.

All the lenses have been sold except the 70-200 2.8 VRI. It's a fabulous lens and way cheaper than the VRII. Nikon has serviced it and replaced the VR system a little while back so it's basically like new again. I sold all my Nikon gear as I have a new job using Canon gear so I don't need it anymore. $1300 for the 70-200 plus shipping. Thanks!

Do you still have the 70-200 2.8 VRI. And if so, how long have you used it, and do you have any pics of it?
    Thanks,
    Bob
