All my Galleries and some Folders Vanished

I was in customize mode and wanted to reorder how the folder were displayed. I clicked on the icon with up/down/left/right arrows and dragged it to the first folder. The screen went weird and changed my folders back to a default of medium sizes and added the Galleries section at the end of the homepage (which I had earlier deleted). I resized the folder photos to large and got back my desired two wide folder images. I then re-deleted the galleries box at the bottom of the sheet.

Turns out somewhere along the line I lost all my galleries period and the folders in the folder labeled wildlife. Help!
