Wrong Permissions? Clients Cannot order photos!

Help! On certain galleries my clients cannot order photos - they get the message "Wrong Permissions".

These galleries are public, but in a password protected folder. Other client galleries with the same settings seem to function fine.

Please let me know what could be the problem. Thank you.

Do the ones that work have the same password as the folder?

The galleries inside the folders do not have passwords individually, no. Some just seem to work some do not

What I ended up doing is removing the password from the folder level and all galleries within, then clicking "done". Then i went back in and added the password to just the top level Folder "Katie & John" and now it's working.

No idea why...but at least it works now.

They worked after I made that change yes (which was essentially changing nothing). Very buggy.

Sorry about this....there was a bug related to this that we did appear to fix. Glad it's working for you now!
