  You cannot, that is a requirement of the web browser (I think you're using Chrome there) which prevents a website from taking over your computer's screen without you being able to get out of it.
  
  If you click 'allow', it fades away until the next time you go full-screen, and then it'll only show a brief message reminding you that you can press Esc to exit.
