Issue with homepage collage photos

Hi- When I am logged into my website, I have about 17 photos on the home page in the "collage" section. (underneath a landscape photo I posted). But when I am logged out and looking at my page, I only have about 6 photos. I can't figure out why this would be. Any thoughts?

    Are they coming from Private or Unlisted galleries?

    Aaahhh, yes they are. Thank you for the heads up (was not an issue with legacy). Is the only way around it to move the photos into a listed gallery? Doesn't seem easy to do! Trying to find a way to do it

    Actually, it doesn't seem to make a difference. I have some in public listed galleries and they are not showing. Does anyone have any thoughts on what else it could be? TIA

    I think every "it doesn't show when logged out" problem I've read about has come down to either passworded or private folders/galleries/images. I'd just double check that for each of the images that are missing.
