Incease size of banner

I have a blue rectangle as part of my banner.
Is there a way of making that taller (say 50 pixels) ... and if so, in a way that won't cause my logo to change size with it?

    I found a solution ... but embarrassed about the simplicity of it.rolleyes1.gif
    All I had to do was increase the top and bottom margins, for the header via the wrench and ruler icon.11doh.gif
    Feeling particularly silly at the moment. :hide
