Subfolders don't show

I set up to have two levels of subfolders as well as galleries on my homepage - and they worked fine. After I unveiled the site, the subfolders disappeared, leaving only the galleries. The subfolders and gallery contents can be seen by logging in, going to Customize etc. and seeing them there, selecting a gallery in the subfolder and exiting. Then all the images are on screen.

But no subfolders at any level show on the viewer home screen (not logged in). What happened? I've tried many fixes in Customize and Organize - nothing works. Something changed at Smug when the site was finally unveiled? It was perfect as a preview.

I need to show this site this weekend - help !!!

    Hi Nonlineararstist,

Can you post a link to the location on your site where you are running into this problem.

It may be related to what content Blocks you are showing on that page. You may need to add a content block to the page as seen here: https://smugmug.desk.com/customer/portal/articles/1249025-new-problem---no-galleries-found-on-folder-pages

You can also use the Navigation Block - Folders, Galleries & Pages to cover all bases.

Here's the page that once had subfolders and galleries and now only has galleries:
    http://www.nonlinearart.com/Events
In all of the top-level folders, the subfolders have disappeared. It all worked perfectly before unveiling (after very considerable organizing work - this site has tens of thousands of images).

I don't think I should have to repair something I didn't do. I haven't the time or expertise for it. I haven't made any changes or added or subtracted content boxes - or anything else. Thank goodness the content of the subfolders (galleries with my image files) are still on your server.

There is this single problem (at the moment): the subfolders only show on-screen (in the left-hand strip tree) when I'm in Organize mode, not in the normal viewer mode. They need to show in a normal fashion to a viewer/visitor or they can't even see the images. Thanks for fixing this asap.

Hoping for a response, or better yet, a fix on this so I can see my subfolders ASAP - need this obvious view.

Still hoping for a response. My perfectly set-up site has become worthless to me after unveiling. The proposed fix didn't work for me.

I don't know how to adapt the instructions to add a Galleries content block to adding a Folders block. None of that works. I'm locked out of a time-critical capability.
