  Mark - please clarify: on Smugmug (via www.choicephotos.net) or on Dgrin here in this post?
  
  Please provide a link to the original file, and the exif info, thanks. I'd like to diagnose this. Smugmug does nothing to the file in terms of "brightness" so there's no reason why the file should look different to you, on the same monitor, when it's displayed in photoshop, or on the web at choicephotos.net.
