Customize "Just this ..." doesn´t work

Hi there,
I need your help:
I use the theme isis sitewide. But I want a different theme for a specific Folder
I proceeded as follows:
- Navigate to the folder
- clicking on "customize/customize site"
- clicking on "make this Folder custom"
- "just this Folder" is highlighted
- Change theme
- clicking "preview"
- Everything Looks fine
- clicking "publish"
- sitewide theme is shown
:dunno
If I click "customize/customize site" again the different theme is shown again! But I can not get to publish it.
I'm very confused - what I am doing wrong????

If I change the site theme and press "Done->publish" everything is fine (the changes are published)
But when I change the site theme and press preview->publish the changes will not be published.
Good to know! But this is working for me
