Options

new to customizing my site

I am having so much trouble trying to make my site look professional. I need some help. Who do I contact for this help. I cannot pay $300 plus for this help.
so what are my options? I try to watch the videos & go back & forth to my site as I'm watching & do it at the same time but I keep having to login over & over. Is there an easier way? This may seem stupid but I'm not that computer savy & do not know what some of the terminology is. I would love for someone to help me customize my site. I just would like for it to look clean & simple & not so cluttered. Thanks for any help.:(::help

    thanks so much. I haven't done hardly anything to my site because I didn't know what to do. I want to add new photos but hate the way it looks.
