Guest book page

I have created a guestbook page and moved the "comments" block onto the page.
If I am logged in myself I can leave a comment however when logged out the comment space states "you must log in to leave a comment" when you click in the comment space. Underneath there is a SG log in button and a facebook button.
The page is unlisted. I have tried making it interiting but there is no change.
Surely that is not correct as visitors will not all have SG accounts.
Is there a setting change where I can allow anyone to leave a comment without logging in?
