Its a good lens in great shape. the glass is perfect with no scratches. The only reason why I am selling this is because I no longer have a camera that will mount it.

    Hard to tell from your shots of the lens, so I need to ask... Is this lens still pre-AI? ...or has it been AI'd?

    has not been converted so Im assuming that means pre AI? It worked on my D80 but not my D300 or FM2 so I would like to sell it to free up some space.

    Thanks for the input on this. Yea, It's prob still pre-AI then. )o:

    Pre-AI lenses run the risk of doing damage to some/most Nikon bodies, but can be AI'd if you can find the right person with the knowledge to do so.

    I'll need to pass for now... good luck finding this a new home.
