Galler is Empty on iPhone

I have a problem with all of my Galleries showing Gallery is Empty on my wife's iPhone 4S. They show up fine on my Samsung Galaxy sIII and laptop. The is great in addition to the fact that you can't make purchases off a mobile device. What's going on?

    Just noticed the same problem today when a co worker went to look at my site and said all my galleries were empty - If I log in on the iphone I still get empty galleries BUT the upload button as well.

    Is there something I'm missing somewhere?

    It seems that the Galleries have pictures at times & at other times they don't. Support said clear Safari browser cache, but the next time I opened galleries, even without clearing the cache, the pics were there. ???
