help with creating rollover menu

Hi all,

Just wondering if anybody would know how to create, or if its possible with the new smugmug to create a rollover nav menu similar to this website

    Do some searching around for threads on "hover state." I know it's around but my work comp is so slow it would take forever for me to locate. There is code that will surely get you started as all that's happening is the background color is changing on hover.
