customizing "entire site" items on a page

I would like to have a page that does not have my site logo and menu on it - just a blank page where I add whatever I want. But the logo and menu are items that are on the "entire site". Is there a way of turning them off on just one page without taking them off the entire site?

    This worked on my site with a centered logo and a horizontal menu. Simply add a css block to that page only.

    display:none}
