Thumbnail alignment question

I am finding that my galleries look really "ragged" at the bottom (see screen capture). Hos can I change this? Sorry that screen cap is sideways....had a hard time meeting the guidelines and still showing the issue.

    I see in looking at other folks sites that I am not the only one. There must be some way to make it look better
