"contact us"

I'm almost done with my new site....just a few more tweaks..:):)...
I couldn't find this anywhere, sorry if its already been asked.

My "contact us" page did not transfer over...how can I create it?

Also, from what I've read, is it still the case that I can not speed up my slideshows?

There are no speed controls on the slideshow.

I assume that you have a menu on your site. If that's the case you can add an entry for the contact form. Edit your menu, add an entry, and select Contact form as the link to entry.
