Mine too (in FF on Win8), although not as bad as yours: http://aschendel.smugmug.com/FamilyEvents/2013/2013-06-23-RV-Trip-Day-7. It actually looks pretty good in IE10 (desktop) in Win8.

Sierra is the theme I started with, don't think I did any CSS stuff that would have affected this (although I could have).

    David,

Can you check mine (http://aschendel.smugmug.com/FamilyEvents/2013/2013-06-23-RV-Trip-Day-7) on Safari? Here's FF on Win8 (having 2 arrows seems not quite right):

    FF%20on%20Win8%20-%20Page%20Nav%20in%20Smugmug%20style%20gallery-L.jpg

and IE10 on Win8 seems basically fine:

    IE10%20on%20Win8%20-%20Page%20Nav%20in%20Smugmug%20style%20gallery-L.jpg

Here's what brandofamily's looks like in FF (a bit of the #2 showing along with 2 arrows):
    FF%20on%20Win8%20-%20Page%20Nav%20in%20Smugmug%20style%20gallery%20%28brandofamily%29-L.jpg

    And in IE10 (seems fine):
    IE10%20on%20Win8%20-%20Page%20Nav%20in%20Smugmug%20style%20gallery%20%28brandofamily%29-L.jpg

    Thanks,

    Andy

Yup. Works fine. The arrows force next page, and I get the drop down nav as well.

Now that I know what you're referring to I do see borkness in FF but not IE for page nav.

One thing I will note in viewing these new SM galleries that are set up in a similar manner as the vintage SM is that as the page loads the first time, even in Safari (which seems to work) is the mini drop down menu below the thumbs doesn't work at all until I toggle to the second page and then back again using the > < arrows. Only after doing that, the little drop down then works. That looks like a SM bug to me.

Did this issue get fixed by SM?

I tried removing the work around code and don't see the extra # peaking out any longer...ne_nau.gif
