Hi guys, from the makers of iSmug, the best SmugMug viewer for your iPhone and iPad, we present... uSmug!! 
It's a Sharegroup viewer. So you install it on the grandparents' iPad, create a Sharegroup for them, and voila, they're swiping through your gorgeous photos and galleries!
The best part... in appreciation for the wonderful support from the community, we're making it FREE until September 1! After that, it'll be $1.

No iPhone version?
Two more features will make it rock.
1. App alerts when there are new images in the Sharegroup? May be this can be accomplished using RSS feed.
2. Being able to post comments on the images, a-la-Photostream.
If there is an iPhone version, and if the Sharegroup images can be downloaded in a suitably compressed format, then this would be a great app!
Btw, if the above can be achieved through your iSmug app, I can get that...
