Smugmug acct disabled … want to renew!!

My smugmug account has recently been disabled. My guess is that my credit card information was not up to date. However, I never received an email from them telling me it was about to expire. Had I received this, I would have jumped on my computer to reactivate and pay the necessary fees. I have sent multiple emails to their help desk, but to no avail. Please HELP! I'm so worried I have lost this account for good and I have put countless hours into this. Would really appreciate the help and confirmation that I can pay the fee and will have my account back. Thank you!
