Text Frame

I thought I found instructions for framing on this site ..... not the drop shadow frame .... but a thin frame around the photo in one colour and another frame around that to allow text to be written on. It was done in layers. Is the tutorial still on this site?

    Here it is. Keep in mind the versions of Photoshop used in all the tutorials are not current with PS6 and may differ in actual use.

    Here is the menu of all the old tutorials that used to be linked directly in our DGRIN menu.

    To get there today, go up to More > Galleries > and on the top menu there click Tutorals and then click Photo Tutorials
