Dropdown list appears for link menu block link names

Is this behavior supposed to occur?
I was replacing a title of a link, and coincidentally left "Re" in the field, and suddenly a long list of options popped open. The problem is, I have no idea what the list is populating from.
They appear to be - from Digital Grin threads???
Because I do recognize is "Requesting thread subject cor..." which was a request I submitted to the moderators on Digital Grin, and "The pesky grey" as an ongoing thread where I was trying to fix a menu background color, and "blue is green" as a subject thread in one post in one thread.
But how would Smugmug servers find these and populate them in Customize mode?
I didn't have time to explore whether leaving other 2-letter-type combinations would populate more options.
