Search box is problematic (+something else)

1) the show search button doesn't work. It's like it is dead. I tried it both in Chrome and IE and logged in / logged out, its like its non existant. It took me 5 minutes to realize that search is working if you press ENTER and that only the button is not working. I ended hiding the button, and leaving just the search field.

2) although i have set the search parameters to "THIS LOCATION and/or "LOCATION I CHOOSE" it sometimes returns results from other pages too. why?

press number "2" (without the " " )
and you see it returns more results from other galleries-pages.
Other numbers seem to work fine, but this is wrong and has happened again.

I get this sometimes. 1 in 40-50 photos. Can you maybe hint me as to what is causing this? I upload via LR plugin, i have a very stable PC, ECC memory etc, and when i mass export things in my HDD it never happens. But in smugmug + LR it happens a lot. Any ideas?
