Nikon 70-200mm VRII $1200

For sale is the Nikon 70-200mm 2.8G. It has some usage marks, but otherwise in pristine condition. It ships with the original carry bag and a Hoya UV filter that has been on it since purchase. Note that there will be no hood included. For more pictures click here

    I ended up with this lens. And yes this lens is very TRUE. I got a hold of the OP and texted back and forth about this lens. I received it today and WOW, this lens is great. RLP is a stand up guy, will buy from him again. Thanks again for a great lens.

    In the OP's defense I got the impression that this process is new to him :)

    For instance, I would never take 24 hours to respond to a comment on my "for sale" ad...

    New Posts email notification not turned on perhaps ?

    Still, offers should be handled by first come....

    All I did was pm him and told him that I was interested in the lens if its still available. I gave him my number like I always do and he got a hold of me. I asked several times and he told me that no one has spoken for it. I told him that I would take it and the rest is history. I have no idea why he didn't answer pm's or send his info out.

    Not sure why he told you that no one had spoke for it cause he replied to me twice and I was waiting for his paypal info.
    Not a problem. I found one in excellent shape at a camera club meeting Thursday night for $50 more.
    So, please don't think that I am upset. Stuff happens and we have to roll with it.
    Take some pics and reply here how you like it.

    This is strange. I think i was the first one who contacted him, asked him couple of questions over PM which he replied. When I asked him how he would like to be paid he said he is a old member but never figured out how the payment really works. Me being new here i didnt know either. Waited for couple of days, didnt hear anything from him...then I saw Hosers post and checked with him again if the lens was still available, he said it was not. Well all said and done...i am happy that agspecialties could get the lens at such an amazing price. Enjoy the lens... hoping to see what you capture with this soon .... All the best !!
