Can't disable social sharing

I am trying to disable social sharing on a private gallery with no luck. In that gallery's settings, under Social, I have:
Social Sharing Options: OFF
Allow Comments: OFF
Allow Likes: OFF
But I am still seeing Facebook's "Like" button, Google+, and Twitter's tweet button.

Those buttons are not added by any gallery settings. You've added the "share buttons" content block in the customize > customize site > all galleries section. The all galleries section applies to every single one of your galleries. If you wish to customize a specific gallery otherwise, you can choose the "make this gallery custom" option. That would allow you to make changes to customizations for only this gallery.
