Insert URL link creates Mailto link instead?

On my homepage (http://sun-flower.smugmug.com), in the main text section, I inserted 2 URL links. The first works fine. The second opens up a Mail window instead of a browser window. No matter what I try, I cannot get the URL link to be anything other than a Mailto link.
