Replace photo using proof delay

Earlier today a photo was purchased from one of my galleries. I was planning to upload a replacement photo before it got sent off to Bay Photo, but after logging in I saw that it's being processed at Bay Photo right now and that the proof delay feature was turned off for this gallery. How can I get the right file to the lab before it goes to print? Do I need to contact them for this issue?

Any help is much appreciated! Thanks.

    Hey Danny,

    These kinds of issues need to be addressed as quickly as possible. Can you please email us, and include the order number, so we can try to help? We'll contact the lab and see if it's possible to cancel the order, so a new one can be placed using the new image. If it's not possible, we can still make sure your customer gets the good print.

    You'll need to work through us Support Heroes to get this done. If you contact the lab directly, they'll just send you back to us.
