Why can't I upload. CERTIFICATE EXPIRED?

Getting a bit tedious now. Most times I goto upload it feels like there is some kind of issue.

Is there an problem with the certificate? Is it actually not valid or is it my computer?

Any help greatly appreciated. Thanks a lot for any input guys.
