How big reflectors?

Hi all,
I would like to buy a silver gold reflector for upper body part and face coverage.
How big it should be in centimeters? Any portable small tripos to take them with me in my next trips?

    I guess mine is maybe 32" or so? But you don't even need a "real" reflector - a big piece of white card will do just as well. Gold is typically not the best; I love the idea of "warming it up", but it always looks really strange when I've tried it.
