Can't create new gallery & loading failure in folder

I'm trying to create a gallery in a folder (online proofs 3) and got a gallery name already exist notice (it doesn't exist). Then the proof folder wouldn't load (can't see my existing galleries, but can access what the client sees from the email links...hope I"m making sense). Created another proof folder and got the same gallery already exist error.
This is an existing gallery within the proof folder:

I've taken a look at that proof folder and it appears that it is marked as unlisted. When a folder or gallery is marked unlisted, then you need to have the complete link in order to access the content. The link to the proofs 3 folder you included in your original post is missing some characters at the end of URL. You can always double check that by going to the folder or gallery via your site organizer. Once you are there, you will need to copy and paste the entire URL from the URL bar in the browser.
If you are still having trouble with creating the gallery in that folder though, please email the help desk at help@smugmug.com. Send along the name you are trying to name that gallery and we can look into that further for you.
