When I click on an image and go into the "full size" mode (similar to the slideshow) and then press the Buy/This Photo button, the screen goes blank and nothing can be done except refresh the view and I am back to the full size mode. Please help!
Thanks,
Charles

Charles, sorry to hear you are having problems with this! It's usually browser issues that cause this. Please clear your browser cache. Here are the instructions:
    http://www.wikihow.com/Clear-Your-Browsers-Cache

Then restart the browser and try logging in again.

Alternatively, use another browser, e.g. Firefox or Chrome, to see if it makes any difference. You can download these browsers here for free:
    http://www.getfirefox.com/
    http://www.google.com/chrome

If you continue to have issues, give us the link to the photo you are trying to buy.

Same thing with Firefox and Chrome
This does not appear to be a browser cache problem, nor is it a specific photo problem, nor am I trying to buy the photo. It occurs with all photos. A potential customer of mine sent me an email with this problem. It occurs on Firefox, Chrome, iE10 and probably others. I have cleared the cache, and restarted, same problem.

I have found if I hit ESC, after the initial sequence which makes the image disappear (no image, no purchase options), then the purchasing options appear. If hitting ESC enables the routine to continue as normal, sure sounds like a bug to me.

    Frustrated.

    Custom page css
Looks like you have some custom css on the page that's competing with SmugMug's.

    body.sm-page-gallery.sm-noscroll .lightbox { position: static; }

Both the lightbox and the add-to-cart interfaces are present, but add-to-cart is getting pushed off the bottom of the screen because of that css rule.

Removing the rule from your custom css should fix this issue.

    Hope this helps!

if you were using Sherlock Photographers lightbox code he's released a update that fixes this for the new shopping cart.
