Not seeing all print sizes

I setup four different print sizes to choose from but when I click on a photo (when logged out), then "Buy Photo" I only see two sizes offered. What is going on? And I setup three different digital download sizes but only see two! And on several occasions I have went back into my pricelist to find everything gone (no products, nothing!).

    Here are a couple of screen shots. Under Manage Pricelists you can see I have 13 print sizes and 3 digital downloads.

    When I click Edit List the next screen shows only 1 digital download and zero products are showing up under each category.

    OK, I figured out print sizes - thought I had uploaded all hi-res photos but most were not. The pricelist thing bugs me. It doesn't seem like the products really disappear even though it looks that way. I can exit the pricelist and go right back in and it loses my products. I exit and come back again and it's there. Maddening, but everything seems OK now.
