    SB- hope you recovered ! :):

    Paul - Syrup mix is just 2 heaped teaspoons sugar, 1 teaspoon honey into a small microwavable dish. Enough water to just cover the solids and then microwave until it starts boiling (20 to 30 secs) and then stir until it dissolves - should be noticeably syrupy.
