how to hide text in share galleries

Hey im trying to figure out how to hide the auto text that shows up on share galleries page

this is the text that shows that id like to hide:

    Hi,
    I'm glad you were able to resolve your issue.

    I don't think there's any option to delete threads or posts. You could however edit them.
