  Put this in your theme's CSS to hide the header on the page you posted:
  

  .sm-page-node-FNHL5q .sm-page-layout-region-top {
      display: none;
      }

  Awesome. Sorry but two more questions.
  
  1. Is there a way to replace the logo with different text on specific pages.
  
  2. If not, how do I delete the logo from this page.

  I tried to mirror your method by changing the css but selecting my new theme with custom css did not work for this folder.

  If you want to change just one page you need to go to "Just this Page" and make your changes there, including your logo/header.
  
  If you want to hide the header/logo on your 'Animal Haven' page, add this:
  

  .sm-page-node-FJgd4S .sm-page-layout-region-top {
      display: none;
      }

  This is what I find confusing.
  Say I want to change the logo on just that animal haven page. I select "customize and design." On the menu, I see "On just this page" If I change logo under on just this page, it still changes for the whole site. Is there some other setting I need to change?
  
  Also, how do you find the page node number.

  I've changed just one page on my testing page without any problems, so I don't know what happened.
  
  I use 'Firebug'.

  I think the header area is only on the entire site.
  
  I had to go thru a bunch to show different banners/logos for different folders and flow down.
  All my banners at the top with CSS at bottom.
