Comment List, Discrepancy in Count of Comments

Is there a discrepancy in the reported count of comments in the comment listing on my web site (olliphotoclubgmu)? Looking at the screen reached by entering "Account Settings | Stats | Comment Details | All Comments," the total number of comments reported is five, but only three comments are displayed on the screen and there is not an option to page down to see other comments.

The site is just being designed now and I don't recall entering more than three comments. Others are testing the site but at this time I don't think they've entered comments.

Maybe two comments are awaiting approval? Do you have approval turned on?

Thanks for the lead, Shniks.

There are no comments waiting to be approved, and I have allowed comments on the galleries.

I turned "require comment approval" off, but I tested the approval process on one comment prior to turning it off: I made a comment from an account other than my SmugMug account and approved it from my administrator account. Would the state of the "require comment approval" flag (i.e., on or off) affect the comment counts?

Have you deleted any photos that may have had comments, by any chance? It looks like we've had a long standing bug that includes deleted photos in the count of comments, though we don't show those comments in the list.

Yes, I have deleted photos, but I don't have a record of whether they had comments. I'll keep my eye on this. Thanks.

I would not consider this a bug. Only the owner can see this logged in and provides a history of comments.
Perhaps all comments should be shown whether the photos been deleted or not.

It's a bug in our system
