Unfortunately, there is not a way to see the passwords you've assigned. We recommend keeping a record of those passwords outside of SmugMug for the future.

I was afraid you would say that. Learned my lesson
Perhaps a request on SmugMug's Official Feature Request Page (http://feedback.smugmug.com/forums/17723-smugmug) or in the Dgrin forum (http://www.dgrin.com/forumdisplay.php?f=63) - whichever is the best way to recommend that as the SmugMug site owner (Smugger) you should have the ability to toggle back and forth between seeing the password or not.
I get this question from many photographers I work with.

I hate to flat out decline suggestions but anything that comes to poor password security is not something that we will be implementing. All you have to do is look to the news and you'll see countless examples of peoples accounts and private photos being compromised due to poor security. Sending plain text passwords over the internet is something that we just won't do, for the security of your photos.
Our recommendation is to come up with a mnemonic that helps you remember your gallery and folder passwords.
