Mille grazie Gatto! I'm very suprised and happy to have had my shot chosen as first place - the competition was really stiff! Congrats also to Gary and Pieter the other finalists.

Since I never considered that I'd win I haven't yet thought of the next competition theme. Please bear with me for a couple of days as I don't have much time the rest of the weekend. The next competition will be posted by Monday at the latest.

    Cheers to all, Sara

Congrats Sara and Gary. I'm honored to be in such stellar company. I especially like the how the foreground "pulls" the viewer into Sara's image and Gary's picture has a very mysterious mood which is well captured.

And thanks to Gatto for coming up with the theme, it resulted in many more very good images next to these chosen three.

Congratulations Sara and Pagelli. Your photographs make the viewer feel as if he/she is standing next to you when the shot was taken.

    Thanks for letting me participate.

Congratulations to all the winners. It is as if your camera had human eyes and could see the way a person does.
