    Very nice capture and a good B&W conversion. If this is close, I would spend some time shooting different comps from different directions. The stone work and windows look like there is some exploration in the details also.

    I keep coming back to this and although I like the image, for my taste it's a bit on the dark side. My eye tends to stick on the dark foreground and not go to the church itself, which I find slightly murky.

    I agree w/ Sara. The photo could use a curves boost in the middle and maybe some clarity adjustment. A tighter crop towards the bottom left couldn't hurt either to emphasize the subject a bit more. That church is an excellent subject, and worthy of more photos from other angles and light conditions.

    I am always marked by the country I'm traveling in - I believe that a specific place has a specific energy that's reflected in everything, including the photography.

    ... This is how for example the famous London Bridge looks like in Arizona :)
